Here’s how we’ll spend the sessions together

First 1.5 Hour Session
Your coach will start with a diagnostic mock interview to assess your current performance. They’ll identify what’s working, areas for improvement, and strategies to enhance your responses.

Next, the coach will guide you through targeted exercises to refine your personal brand and craft stronger, tailored interview answers. By the end of the session, you’ll receive detailed notes outlining key areas for improvement and exercises to complete before the second session.

Second 1.5 Hour Session

The coach will review your completed exercises and preparation. Then, you’ll participate in a second mock interview with real-time coaching to refine your delivery. The session will help you sound confident, polished, and relaxed, ensuring you’re fully prepared for your interview.

Is the interview coaching in person or virtual?

Our coaching is conducted via video conferencing or telephone. While meeting in person would be ideal, our global client base makes virtual sessions the most practical option.

How can you help me prepare for in-person interviews if the coaching is virtual?

Through video conferencing, we can evaluate and correct key aspects of your in-person presentation, such as eye contact, posture, and vocal projection. Over the years, we’ve coached thousands of clients, equipping them with the skills to make a strong first impression in any setting.

Will I receive notes at the end of the call?

Yes, we’ll email you a summary of key insights from your coaching session. This includes areas for improvement and exercises to complete between sessions to help you continue refining your skills.

Are the sessions recorded?

We can record your coaching sessions upon request. Please let us know at the start of the call if you’d like this option.

Do you help with resumes?

During your session, we’re happy to provide feedback on your resume. You can incorporate this feedback on your own time. Please note, this is not a resume writing service.

What is your refund policy?

For unused sessions, we offer a pro-rated refund if the request is made within 30 days of purchase. After two months, unused sessions will remain as credits, valid for up to 12 months. No refunds will be issued after two months, and credits will expire 12 months after purchase.
